The alerts covered specific time windows between 14:56 and 15:50 local time and warned of torrential rainfall accumulating 25–40 liters per square meter, frequent lightning, wind gusts of up to 70 km/h, squalls, and hail.
Affected localities included Mâneciu (Prahova County), Siriu (Buzău), Aușeu (Bihor), Chinteni, Borșa, Bobâlna, Panticeu, Cornești, Așchileu, Dăbâca, Vultureni and Recea-Cristur (Cluj County), Bălan, Surduc, Hida, Gârbou, Cristolț and Dragu (Sălaj County), and Săvârșin, Bârzava, Vărădia de Mureș, Birchiș and Bata (Arad County). The administration also released a two-week forecast for July 27 to August 9, predicting gradually rising temperatures across most regions, with maximum values reaching between 28 and 35 degrees Celsius.
