Further inquiries confirmed that she arrived at the Manchester Piccadilly bus station at 10:36 BST that same morning. Police publicly released imagery from this transit sighting on Saturday to assist members of the public in identifying her movements across the regional transport network.

Police operation and community appeals

Greater Manchester Police deployed extensive resources across central Manchester throughout the operation to locate the missing teenager. Officers distributed hundreds of informational leaflets to pedestrians and business owners across the city centre, while an advertising van displaying Lillia's photograph circulated around Piccadilly Gardens to maximise public awareness.
