Construction has begun in Zakopane on the modern Bachleda Termy complex, located on Szymoszkowa Clearing. The investment by the Bachleda Group amounts to over half a billion złoty, with a significant portion coming from bank financing. The general contractor for the facility is Polimex Mostostal. The opening of the luxury thermal pools and accompanying infrastructure is planned for December 2028, which will significantly strengthen the tourist offer of the Tatra capital.

The tradition of using thermal waters in Podhale dates back to the 1960s, when the first pool fed by warm water from a geological drill was built in Zakopane on Antałówka.
