Gardaí and Revenue officers seize €447,000 in drugs and arrest two women in Dublin

Two women in their 20s were arrested following the seizure of illicit drugs valued at €447,000 in County Dublin on 18 September 2026. The operation was conducted jointly by Revenue Customs Officers, the Coolock District Drugs Unit, and the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB).

During the initial phase of the operation, Revenue Customs Officers seized over 5.5 kilograms of cannabis with an estimated street value of €79,800. A follow-up search carried out by gardaí uncovered cocaine valued at €368,000, along with drug paraphernalia and €27,900 in cash. Both suspects were taken into custody and remain detained at garda stations in North Dublin.
