Monday's annulment
On July 6, 2026, the 9th Administrative and Tax Division of the Bucharest Court of Appeals annulled Decision No. 574. It ordered the Prime Minister to pay 120 lei in court costs. The ruling is not final; an appeal may be filed within 15 days of service.
