The manufacturer presented its first large book-style foldable smartphone – the Razr Fold model, which aims to challenge Samsung's market dominance. Alongside the flagship, the Edge 70 Fusion debuted with a record-breaking battery, and new Moto Buds headphones, created in collaboration with audio engineers from Bose.

Motorola dominated the first days of MWC 2026, presenting a wide range of products aimed at strengthening the brand's position in the premium and upper mid-range segments. The highlight of the presentation was the debut of the Razr Fold model. This marks a significant shift in the company's strategy, which had previously focused solely on smaller clamshell-style foldables. The new flagship stands out with a powerful 6000 mAh battery, a result previously unattainable for devices of this construction, and a camera system designed to break the prevailing opinion about the brand's average photographic capabilities. The device supports 8K video recording, placing it at the technological forefront. Simultaneously, the Edge 70 Fusion model was presented, which could become a market hit thanks to the use of a battery with a capacity of up to 7000 mAh. Despite such a massive cell, the phone maintains a relatively slim profile and is equipped with a curved screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate. This model will be available in two versions, and its launch has already been announced for the Polish and Spanish markets. The manufacturer placed great emphasis on battery life, which is becoming a new hallmark of the Edge series. The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona has been the world's most important telecommunications industry event for years, initiated in 1987 as the Pan-European Digital Cellular Radio Conference. The portfolio is complemented by new audio accessories – the Moto Buds 2 and Moto Buds 2 Plus. The higher-end model was developed in close cooperation with Bose, resulting in sound certification and advanced active noise cancellation technologies. Motorola also announced a partnership with GrapheneOS, aimed at creating the most secure and private versions of Android on the market, targeted at business users and individuals particularly concerned about cybersecurity. Although the prices of the flagship novelties remain high, the company is counting on further market share growth, especially since it already controls a significant portion of the smaller foldables segment. „'Sound by Bose' earbuds for this money?!
